INGRÉDIENTS
1pot de yaourt nature Lait en poudre Sucre en poudre Eau chaude(pas très chaude et surtout pas bouillante)PRÉPARATION
- Mesurer avec 1 gobelet, un bol ou 1 pot de yaourt votre lait en poudre et verser dans 1 récipient propre et qu’on peut sceller. Pour 1gobelet plein de lait en poudre ajouter 3gobelets d’eau chaude.
- Ainsi, en fonction du nombre de gobelets de lait préalablement obtenu vous saurez quel quantité d’eau ajouter. Tourner bien votre lait jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit homogène!
- S’il y a des grumeaux utilisés un tamis et une cuillère pour les écraser! Ajouter ensuite le sucre à votre convenance, puis secouer bien la boîte de yaourt et la verser dans le mélange! Bien remuer jusqu’à ce que le tout soit homogène et fermer hermétiquement!
Cuisson:
- Déposer dans un coin tranquille pendant 24h. Le temps pour votre mélange de se fermenter!
- Après 24h ouvrez et tourner votre yaourt jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien lisse et mettre dans des bouiteilles, ensuite deposez les au frigo!
